During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, country of residence and mobile telephone number. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration is a breach of these Terms.
Each individual may maintain only one Account with 987win. The Operator employs technical and administrative measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the Operator may close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus funds and, at its discretion, confiscate any balance derived from wagering activity conducted across those accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party. You agree to notify 987win immediately via the live chat or email support channel if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
987win reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo identification document (such as a valid CNIC), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of the deposit request. All transactions are processed in the currency selected at the time of deposit. Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is available as a display currency, conversion rates applicable at the time of the transaction will apply.
Deposits must be made only from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. 987win reserves the right to refuse, reverse or hold any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the Account holder's own payment source. Any attempt to make a deposit using fraudulent, stolen or otherwise illegitimate funds will be treated as a serious breach of these Terms and reported to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
987win does not charge internal fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges. 987win bears no responsibility for any such third-party fees.
Withdrawals may be requested by verified Account holders in respect of confirmed real-money balances that are not subject to active wagering requirements. A withdrawal request will not be processed until the requesting Account has completed the KYC verification process to the Operator's satisfaction.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions and other incentives offered by 987win are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. Where no specific terms are stated, the General Bonus Terms set out in this section apply as a default.
Unless stated otherwise in specific promotional terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times across eligible games or markets before any associated balance (bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds) becomes eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion.
Bonuses are generally available to one Account per person, per household address, per device (IP address) and per payment method. Creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or attempting to exploit promotional structures in a manner not intended by the Operator, constitutes bonus abuse and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all related funds.
Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements will expire if the relevant wagering requirement is not completed within the time limit specified in the offer terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the Account without compensation.
Important: 987win recommends that all players read the full terms of any bonus or promotional offer before opting in or making a qualifying deposit. Bonus terms are binding from the moment of opt-in or qualifying deposit, whichever occurs first.

Bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body, league or sports authority. Market references to cricket events are for betting-context purposes only.
In the event of a manifest error (including but not limited to incorrect odds, prices or market descriptions caused by human or system error), 987win reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. The Operator's determination of a manifest error is final.
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension, adjustment or cancellation at any time during an event. Bets placed on in-play markets are subject to the same general betting rules as pre-match bets, except where specific in-play terms are stated.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 987win platform:
Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of any balance (including deposited real-money funds where fraud is involved), and reporting of the relevant activity to appropriate law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities.
